Auckland Transport’s Network Operating Plan

Edin has played a crucial role in shaping the future of Auckland’s transportation through our substantial involvement in the Auckland Network Operating Plan (ANOP). Serving as a comprehensive reference for the safe and efficient operation of the city’s transport network across all modes, the ANOP bridges the gap between strategic visions for Auckland’s transport system and its practical, day-to-day functionality.

Our team at Edin has been integrally involved in various stages of the ANOP’s development and implementation. We have notably contributed to refining the multi-modal user experience guide, establishing clear and actionable level of service definitions, and crafting the essential guide for the Network Operating Plan. Additionally, we have completed numerous ANOP assessments for specific Auckland Transport projects and have been instrumental in developing a specialised ANOP assessment tool to streamline and enhance the evaluation process.
